Our strong point
We excel in our choice of raw materials to offer a high quality final product. All the dishes we serve, are fruit of our staff and produced on our premises. No chocolate as in the bars nor pasta from the supermarket: we have no use for semi-prepared ingredients.
Breakfast
Breakfast is one of the most important moments of the day and, usually, it influences the rest of the day. So, spoil yourself with our home-baked cakes and pastries from our buffet. Naturally we also cater to those who prefer a savoury breakfast and offer an abundant assortment of cold meats, cheese and, on request, freshly prepared egg dishes.
Lunch and dinner
Each day our menu offers a choice between 3 “first course” dishes as well as between 3 “main course” dishes. The menu varies each day, including proposals of typical Trentino dishes to enrich our Guests’ experience in the Brenta Dolomites!
